Embossed dots done with the CAD. For the 'button' in the center of the rosette, I stacked and glued four 3/4" Pink Pirouette circles, and sanded the edges. Then I embossed the whole top surface with clear embossing powder TWICE. So it's shiny and smooth.

Beautiful hanging heart pouch. Yea, lots of girlie colors but also lots of wonderful embelishments. And each embelishment: raised dots, button, flower are just great.
