I made these calendar with my cubscouts tonight. I altered the dp by taking a gold marker and adding lines to the already lined dp. The calendar pages were printed using my microsoft publisher on my computer. The trifold base of the card was a piece of cardstock and dp that was 4 1/2 inches by 10 inches. I glued the dp to the cardstock. On the opposite side I scored the cardstock at 2, 5, and 7 inches. I added the calendar pages by using brads. I tied a ribbon at the top and closed the fold with staples. The scouts loved making these. We added hearts on important birthdays in our families. Let me know what you think.

Great calendar! I bet the boys had a great time making these, and their moms are gonna love 'em! Adding a touch of gold really stepped up the interest of this DP and was easy for the little guys to do! What a great idea!
