This is the card I have made for my Mum. She is turning 75 years young this Friday.
To make this card I first stamped the Pot of Pansy's and the Bee with Versafine Black ink, onto Watercolour paper. I then used my Cuttlebug and the Nesties Lable One, second largest die, to cut the Pot out and the 3rd sized oval to cut out the Bee, making sure that the image is centred within the die.
Next, I used a ruler and the Black fine-tip pen and drew in the 'table'. I used the Aqua Pen and the WWC to colour the image and to colour the de-bossed edge of the shape.
To make up the card, I cut the Old Olive CS 10mm smaller than the base card and rounded the corners. I cut the Raindrops DSP 4mm smaller than the Old Olive CS and rounded its corners. I stuck the Old Olive CS to the centre Bashful Blue base card, then the Raindrops DSP to the Old Olive CS. I then stuck the Pot of Pansy's to the LHS of the Raindrops DSP and used foam mounting tape to stick the Bee to the top right of the Pot of Pansy's. I stuck 3 small blue rhinestones to the bottom LHS of the Pot of Pansy's piece and 3 medium blue rhinestones to the top RHS of the Raindrops DSP. Finally, I used the Stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp Happy Birthday, in Night of Navy ink on the bottom RHS of the Raindrops DSP.
