Here is a card for today Technique Lover's challenge - Faux Mosaic.
I used the dice stamps from Crafty Secrets newly released stamp set - Lucky Wishes, to make my Faux Mosaic. I stamped over 30 dice and cut them out one by one. Layed some Sookwang double sided tape on a piece of white cs and started placing the dice all around the tape. Once that was done I poured Silver Embossing powder on top and used a heat gun to melt the powder. On another piece of white cs, I stamped the crystal ball with Platinum Planet Brilliance ink and heat embossed it with super fine clear embossing poweder. Then I stamped the sayingsm clover leaf, horse shoe and bone in the crystal ball. Once that was done I cut it out and topped it with clear liquid embossing. Set this aside until it was complety dry. In the mean time, I stamped the fortune teller on white cs with Tuxedo Black Memento and colored it with Copic markers. Once dry I mounted the Crystal Globe onto black and white cs which was die cut with Labels2 nesty and sprayed with Silver Bells Glimmer Mist. This along with the fortune teller was mounted on to DP from the Radiant Paper Design of Crafty Secrets. Added some Bangle Bling to the Turban and right side of the panel and bling for the ring of the Fortune Teller.
This was a really fun card to make and I really love the Faux Mosaic technique.
