Full description will be added, but this card was made for this weekend's VSN and was inspired by my collection of Haviland Limoges china. I embellished the patterned paper with a white gel pen and added watercolored roses around the stamp of the tea cup.

Very nice. I could not do anything that detailed. You are a fine artist!
This caught my eye because I also have this china-Ransom Pattern? Both of my grandmothers owned it so I have 22 place settings of plain white, and my sister has 12 place settings of hand painted.

Oh my, thanks for dropping by to see this card! Actually, the shape of the piece - what is known as the "blank" - is the Ranson blank. You have a good eye! There are several patterns in the photo... I can't give you the Schleiger numbers off-hand, but if you email me a picture of your sister's china, I might be able to get you a pattern name or number.
Don't you just LOVE Limoges???

I love fine china and especially enjoyed seeing your card. I am not talented enough to hand paint anything, but certainly appreciate people who are. Thanks for sharing your lovely card with those less talented.
