Boy, talk about waiting until the last minute to enter a challenge! I don't have any Flourishes stamps - yet- but hopefully this challenge will change that! I love all the new stamps out and the DT samples have been fantastic!
I created this card from a counted cross-stitch my daughter did years ago while she was a nursing student. She hand-made almost all of her presents that year... she had no money :-). This picture hangs in my craft room as a reminder of all her hard work, plus, I really like it! I used lace on both left edges of the frames (should have put it on the right side of the right frame... it's been hidden!). I used a reverse embossing (that I just learned how to do today!) with Cuttlebug's Swirls embossing folder. I have a small Cuttlebug emobssing image - the heart on the left panel - and I put small pearl rhinestones on the swirls. I used pink rhinestones from Kaiser along the right side and bottom of the left panel and pearl rhinestones on the bottom of the right panel. I put a ribbon behind the right panel and *hung* it with a bow. I used SpellBinders circle Nestabilities for the heart stamp, and small pink rhinestones again from Kaiser on the swirls. I cut the *love* out with my Cricut and used the long rectangles by SpellBinders to create the foundation, which I put up on foam squares.
Hopefully you like it! Thanks a bunch for lookin'!
