I used a piece of medium chipboard/cardboard leftover from some packaging to cut out the wagon using the Paper Doll cartridge. After it was cut out, I inked it up with Riding Hood Red ink and popped it on the card using stampin' dimensionals.
The frosting on the cake was done using a fabric paint.
