I wanted to see how it would look to stamp on thick, textured mulberry paper, so I stamped the penguins on white. I used a light blue piece of mulberry paper, crumpled it up, rolled it around on my VersaMark Pad, rolled it around in some pastel blue EP, unrolled it and heat embossed. It looks a little like ice (which is what I was going for - not the cracked glass technique, but with colored EP and colored papers). I used dimensionals to adhere the faux ice to some brilliant blue cs, and then I was stuck!
So, I made the always tag, again with the pastel blue EP arpund the edge on this, and wove some ribbon through some punched holes. Voila! You have this!
I will say, this is not my greatest card by far, but I absolutely LOVE this image, and I will try the rolling- embossing-whatever-you-want-to-call-it again.
