One of my husband's very good friends celebrated his 50th birthday over the weekend, so I made this bold and festive gift bag to hold a very special bottle of scotch. It came together pretty quickly once I decided on my colors.
I started with a Kraft wine gift bag and a piece of Pumpkin Pie cardstock. I randomly stamped the confetti image from the Background Basics set with Pumpkin Pie ink on the cardstock and adhered it to the bag. I then crimped a piece of Old Olive cs and layered it underneath some Jersey Shore designer paper that was wrapped with 5/8" Old Olive grosgrain ribbon. These were glued to the Pumpkin Pie cs.
Next I grabbed some chipboard numbers. They were inked with Not Quite Navy Craft ink so I could use Heat & Stick Powder. I love using this product with glitter on my chipboard pieces. Viola! They're glued to Whisper White cs, layered onto Brilliant Blue cs and adhered to the bag with Dimensionals.
