I saw this posted a couple of weeks ago. Although the ones I saw were double stacked, for a 24 drawer advent box, and made with the smaller matchbox boxes. I used the larger kitchen matchbox boxes and kept it single layered. The covered top and bottom pieces are 8-1/2 by 8-1/2 square. It measures 5" inches tall. The "drawers" are matchbox boxes , just covered to make it look pretty.
It's not that difficult to make. You just need to break down each step. It is time consuming though.
I plan on putting little knick-knacks in it...you know lose brads, eyelets and other stuff you always run across.

Lovely box and what girl would not want this? Also, very handy for storing items.
