I started out wanting to CASE this pretty card: Just because, Summer Botanicals by Stampfilled Dreams at Splitcoaststampers
I am very embellishment 'challenged' and thought in addition to being pretty, it has DP, ribbon, dew drops, etc.......
In my search for the perfect DP- which I was not finding, I decided to go another route and use this pretty background from the TJ newsletter called Color Pop. The BG IRL has the coolest texture......
I could not find Dp that did not lood Christmas-sy......then I came across the Always set- I had to have it and have not used it yet, so I decided to go ahead with my card from there......
I kep the BG color the same as the green DP, got rid of the striped DP and stamped an image in the BG instead. My focal image is the bird- and I added clear EP over the top to really make it Pop. I did add Dew Drops in the corners to add interest. I cut out a nestabilities tag and used that to add my ribbon. Hope you like my 3 hour card! I do not know how anyone makes a card in 10-15 minutes! I cannot seem to accomplish that!
