Lynn, thank you so much for introducing me to this wonderfully fun technique. I really enjoyed putting this card together, and it was amazingly simple to do! Even DH commented on this one as he watched me glue down the tissue paper and saw how the bells popped up like that... he thought it was cool (and I appreciate you helping me impress him - tee hee!). I did crinkle up the tissue paper, but I think I smoothed the wrinkles out too much... still like it though. Before applying the tissue paper, I colored the center band around the bells, and I like that muted effect. Then, I used my BigShot/circle nestabilities to cut this out after letting the glue dry a bit. I placed this down on black cardstock and free-hand cut around the circle to make a mat. I glued a thin ribbon on each of the four corners after using my Swiss Dots cuttlebug folder for the background.
