OK. Here's my story. I think I can make a decent sort of card, but I can't take a picture for the life of me. Maybe because I am married to an electrician who thinks fluorescent lights are just the best, but they sure wreck the color on all my cards. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
So this is my card for HCE02. The cardstock is a nice gold from Marcos Paper. I stamped the sentiment with Versamark on the dark vellum and embossed it with Fine Detail gold embossing powder.
The gold ribbon - yes, it's gold too - and the button I found in my stash. One of these days I may even learn how to glue vellum. tfl

Oh wow - your thumbnail photo in the gallery does not do this card justice. I really like the ribbon with the button! The colors look very warm and autumn-like to me, and I think this would make an excellent masculine card.
