I challenged myself to make some simple cards that I could finish in an hour and this is what I ended up with. Usually it takes me a couple days to finish a card, mostly because I'm fiddling around with embellishments and where to put them. I'm so indecisive! So I made two cards so I could use both my ideas for this color combo and layout.
The snowflakes are "Silk Snowflakes" by My Little Yellow Bicycle. I guess it's silk with a cardboard backing. FYI, the back does NOT peel off to reveal any self-stick adhesive. LOL! I wondered if there was and tried it and just ended up ruining a snowflake (I glued it back together.) On the simpler card, I layered two different sizes of snowflakes.

LOL I did the VERY SAME thing with those snowflakes.... stuck my fingernail into each point until I ruined the thing! They SOOOOOO seem like they would be sticky-back! Anyway, LOVE the card - beautiful colors, lovely design.
