I have to say I was *thrilled* to see the challenge for today - exactly what I needed - a last-minute gift! Yes, I should've already had a gift ready for my DD's Pre-K teacher. Unfortunately, I procrastinated.
I started the idea last night - DD inked the "L" (for teacher's first name) with bashful blue, since we know blue is her fave color. ;-) I was determined to let her be a part of it, since it's for HER teacher.
The rest was finished in time today for the challenge! Here's what DD did - put the paper inside the stand, inked the "L", and inked the heart, too. A few other things (adhesive, etc) as well, but I took over the dangerous & picky parts. ;-) LOL!
I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out, and LOVE that I used up old DP!
FYI, the white heart is *sparkly*.
I'm so bummed that I cannot find pastel Post-its anywhere...IMO, that would've made this better. Oh well, hopefully she appreciates it anyways!
What do you think?

I think it came out great, and she won't even notice the paper isn't blue too!
