This is for today's Technique Challenge- Tag Punch Star. I really wanted to make one a while ago but never got around to it...you know the story. So I am glad it was today's challenge!
I took white vellum and rubbed Riding Hood Red stamp pad over the paper. I turned it over on another piece of paper and rubbed it. It was the opposite side of the color that I glued the tag punches. Once I was finish glueing the tag punches, the other side was dry (and if it wasn't, that was ok because it would be facing down). I made two stars and used an dimensional between the two. I punched a 1" circle out of Riding Hood Red, diamond glazed it and sprinkled Dazzling Diamonds on it. The sentiment is from Season of Cheer rub-ons.
Thanks for looking

The center embellishment looks so puffy - very cool - love how your card turned out - great idea to color the vellum with an inkpad - thanks for sharing.

Pretty!! I love the center of the starburst with the DD, and the piercing at the bottom really fiinishes it off nicely! The striped dp is perfect!!
