I have been holding this card for a good time to post it - this morning my husband turned on the news and saw two ladies in our state who made their own billboards that said Merry Christmas instead of Happy Holidays......why do we take the Christ out of Christmas? We don't change holidays from other religions so they are politically correct or whatever.....right? Maybe this is too controversial to say here but Christmas started out with JESUS, and I think we should KEEP HIM IN IT! Your thoughts? Just my humble opinion, and hope you like my card!

I love your card and I complete agree with your feelings. If not for Him we would have nothing to celebrate! Merry CHRISTmas!

Beautiful card! I am certainly in agreement with you and good for those two ladies. Christmas is what it is and that cannot be changed. Love all the snow on your card and the beautiful tree and church. Off to church now to celebrate this holy season.

I agree completely, unfortunately we have become the silent majority with this issue. I work in a municipal office and I say merry Christmas to our customers. Nine times out of ten they will smile and say Merr Christmas back. Why do we feel guilty for saying this???? Sorry, I will get off my soapbox. You have a beautiful card, love the scene you created. Merry Christmas!

Your card is beautiful! I can't quite figure out how you did it.
At this time of year, many people want to include their non-christian friends in their thoughts, wishes and festivities. By expressing Happy Holidays and Seasons Greetings, one can extend their celebration beyond their Christian friends. I don't view it as a negative thing. And I certainly wish my Christian friends a Merry Christmas too!
