Wooohoooo!! I actually got to stamp today!! It hurt like heck and took forever, but I had this card stuck in my head and it was driving me crazy. I had to get it out of my head. So, I had my DH drive me to the new house and I got to stamp for the first time in my new stamp room!! It was AWESOME!! Outside the fact I had to take many breaks due to the pain of my surgery incisions. Once I made my card, I had DH drive me back to the old house because it is where our computer is at. This is why I am posting so late. I sure will be glad when we are finally in our new home completely!!
I just recently aquired this cute little set from 1999 called Holiday Helpers. I couldn't wait to ink it up. I thought this weeks Color Challenge 196 where we were to use Taken with Teal, Riding Hood Red, Baha Breeze, and Whisper White and today's Sketch Challenge 206 was perfect for the set. I used the Cuttlebug Negative Effect with my new folder for my BG. I used Nestibilities for my scallops. I stamped each image twice, colored them with SU! Markers, punched them out with a circle punch on one set, cut out the hands on the 2nd set, and attached them with glue dots.
I have made 10 of these for my CCC09!! I am getting a jump start!!
I thought it turned out pretty cute.
What do y'all think?

I think it's definitely cute! I love the reindeers. And the colors are fabulous. I love seeing Christmas cards that go beyond the Green, Red, and White holiday color scheme. Hope you have a speedy recovery from your surgery and stamping becomes less painful!
