With this card the image is stamped first with Black StazOn ink onto the Vellum and set aside to dry (this takes a little while because of the type paper vellum is). While this is drying, I punch out my squares from the Red CS and stick them to the White CS leaving a 1/16th" border on each side. When the image is dry, I turn it over and colour it from behind with the Tombow's. This gives me a much softer look and there is no need for either an Aqua or Blender pen.
To make up the card, I tore the long edges of the stamped and coloured vellum piece. Next, putting it right side up, in the middle of the Square's piece I stuck it down (hiding the tape behind the coloured parts of the image). Then I put a Black Eyelet in each corner with my Silent Setter. Finally, I centre and stick this piece to a Black base card.

Very cool. I like this card a lot. I like the concept of stamping on the vellum and overlaying over the squares. It makes a bold statemennt. The image is fabulous also.
