i apologize for the terrible photo, it's the best i could get. it's pouring and dark outside(but warm?)and this is it ! (sorry)
the base card stock it from papertrey inks, it is this gorgeous midnight color with sparkles and so pretty, but i was unable to capture the sparkle.
the layers are from DCWV metallic paper and it is a metallic blue, then i stamped the flakes, and put them on dimensionals.
the flakes are on a silver flecked sheer ribbon that i {borrowed} from a fruit basket we got at work ~hey i recycled right?!
thanks for looking!

Great layers. I just love the popped middle on each snowflake. The ribbon is the best part. Great recycling. It is dark, warm and raining here too. At least it isn't snow. Love your card.

Oh I like this sparkly blue paper and the snowflakes seem to be the perfect thing for these little circles!

The blues are so beautiful, and I really like how you popped up the center of each snowflake. What a ingenious way to use that beautiful silver flecked sheer ribbon, too! Beautiful card, Janice!
