Good morning!!! For my card for this weeks Colour Challenge I have used an image from a RAK from Peggy (aka Marilynn Preston) and friends. I love these images and have been wanting to use this one for some time...it would have to be among my favourites.
I used chalks to colour (no surprise to those of you who know me) and placed the layers off centre with one another. I also ran a strip of CBed white card...I love the Divine Swirls EF, to me it always gives the impression of movement...and isn't it always windy when you go to the beach!!!
I have relied on inking and torn corners to add a vintage/nostalgic feel to the card, long with the DP, which incidentally was one of the first ones I purchased, not really knowing what was what...but I did okay!!! Thanks for looking, it's morning for you but time for bed for me...I appreciate you taking the time to look, your comments are alway so encouraging!
EDIT: I have noticed some shadows and a few red tints on the photo that aren't there IRL, they are due to night time photography and one tired photographer - will reassess in the morning!

I just love this Linda!!! This is one of SU most lovely sets!! Such a pretty image- and beautifully coloured! I guess since you are in Australia... this image is one which you would be engaging in - a walk on the beach! Meanwhile, here I am in the Banana Belt of Canada, with it being about 7-8 C and drizzling down rain!
Beautifully done, Linda! Such a gorgeous RAK from Peggy!
It really does have a lovely vintage feel to it! Beautiful!

Superb chalking! Am a bit envious of your skill! The off centered panels make for a terrific layout. The dp and CB'd panel are perfect accents to your card. tfs
