I would like to show you also a card made with a technique that is called "spirelli" here in Belgium : it is a peace of cardstock winded with wire in a pattern and it looks like this second card

hello ladies
in fact the technique is quite simple : if you number the tooths of the oval shape, let say starting at the top, just like 1-2-3-4-5-6-7,
then you start by attaching a thin wire with some tape on the back of the oval shape ;
then the wire goes to the front of the card after tooth number 1, and goes to the back of the card after tooth number 7 ; behind the card it is rewinded after tooth number 2, reappears there at the front to disappear again after tooth number 8 and so on
you can of course change the number of tooths you skip each time (6 in the example above) to change the look of the drawing ...
