I'm not sure why, but for some reason I seem to often reach for purple when I'm making a sympathy card. I guess something about it seems soothing to me.
Today I decided to use one of my Hero Arts floral stamps because it didn't seem as spring-y as the daffodil stamp in the Always in My Thoughts set. After I colored it with my markers, I spritzed it with water from a spray bottle before setting it to cardstock. I went back to Splitcoast Sketch Challenge #50 for the layout. It may be hard to see, but I used the Linen background stamp on the card base.
Thanks for looking! Comments are always welcome.

This is a very pretty card. I like the sentiment and I like your choice of flowers. I'm making sympathy cards right now also. They are always so hard for me to do. I've needed so many lately.
