I made a batch of "Denise's Lotion" and put in these adorable 1/2 pint Contemporary canning jars. The lid design is CASEd from Markie's Mom: http://stampinwithmarkiesmom.blogspo...e-project.html. Apricot cardstock is sponged with Pumpkin Pie. Artichoke CS sponged with artichoke ink. Edges distressed with Cutter tool. These will be given as teacher gifts.
Lotion recipe was posted in the "what are you making for Christmas" thread in general stamping by Denise, thus "Denise's Lotion". All ingredients should be readily available at the dollar store or your local discount store. Total cost is $3 if you are lucky enough to find them all at the dollar store.
Denise's Lotion Recipe
15 ounce vaseline
16 ounce vitamin e cream
"2" 16 ounce baby (or other scented) lotion
Mix all this together with hand mixer in METAL bowl.(it will look like thick cake frosting)
Then spoon into jars with a METAL spoon
(note: don't use anything plastic or your stuff may taste like lotion)

This is great. What is "Denise's Lotion" and where do I get recipe. I have a brunch this Saturday and this would be a great gift for everyone.
