I wanted to make a small card (3x3.5) to echo the smaller canvas of the pendants. I made this card out of acetate bc. the pendants are made with glass. I cut two pieces of transparency and they are hinged at the top with jump rings and dec ribbons. The edges are sponged in white craft.
For Frosty's head I punched a 1 3/8 inch circle and covered it in glue then adhered SU!'s rope twine (from the mini) to the circle starting in the middle and winding my way to the outside. I attached the loose end to the back of the circle.
Frosty's hat is hand drawn, and I glued the stamped letters in his hat band. His face is created mostly from bird seed---his mouth, his nose (a sunflower seed embossed with pumpkin craft) and the holly berries. His eyes are black beads.
Just for decoration, there is a row of microbeads spanning the width of the card under Frosty's scarf.
TFL!
