This is a 6x6 card. I used the bamboo background stamp and markers to color the bamboo and leaves. Then I used the flower portion of The Art of Life stamp set to make the blooms. I then connected the blooms freehand with a black marker. Tore the edge of the mulberry paper, which is what I was stampin on the then sponged the edges. I cut the Chinese Script paper to 5 3/4 x 5 3/4. I also cut a 2 1/4 x 5 3/4 piece of Handmade paper, which I sponged with various shades of green and brown. I used five strips of Sage Ribbon over the area where those two pieces of paper meet. Stamped the Tranquility Kanji Symbol on a piece of textured cream CS. Sponged with brown and green and then trimmed with Sage Ribbon.

OOOOOOHHH! AAAAWWWWW! This is just beautiful. You can always tell when someone has spent a LOT of time on their work because it really shows it. This looks so oriental and peaceful!

Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.
