The proud Mum in me just had to put this card on my gallery. My 10 year old daughter Maddy heard the story of Marisa who has been battling leukemia for the last few years and is only 6 now. So Maddy being a 'go gett'em' type of girl wanted to make a card. This is her own design, she has used an image from a RAK I received from Peggy (aka Marilyn Prestonn) and also used a couple of the poinsettia's from the same RAK. The flash on the camera is a bit bright, but it also highlights the bling...Maddy used glitter pens to colour the image...I just love the scarf...what detail!
Am I the proud Mum - you 'betya bootees' I am!!!
Thanks for looking and I know Maddy would be thrilled if you left her a comment - I would say she is a budding card maker - yay...you go girl!!!

Maddy! Oh my goodness! Look at the detail of this card. I am truely amazed! What a sweet thing for you to do for Marisa, I know she will smile when she sees your beautiful card and notices the detail you used to make it something so special. Bless your heart!
Note to Mum: You either need another job to pay for more stamp supplies, or get her started on something else! This girl is GOOD!

Your card is just beautiful! What a kind thing for you to send your pretty card to Marisa. I love all the extra pretties you added to your card. It must have taken a long time to do such a fine job. Eileen
