This is a card for both challenges, as I'm behind again... I love doing these challenges, but they are time consuming!!
The technique challenge was for the folded medallion on the front, which I inadvertently made with vanilla cardstock and realized very fast that a thinner scrapbook paper would have been better. I tried scoring all the lines first, but the score was too wide and then the small squares didn't fold properly... oh, well, maybe I'll try with the right weight paper later!
The color challenge was Really Rust, Going Gray, and Vanilla, and that's all I used, except since I have no Going Gray I substituted Basic Gray paper. Guess SU didn't sell enough of the GG 8.5x11 paper as it's not in the catty anymore.
The brad was a build-a-brad in pewter, which went with the gray color choice.
