I love this vintage lady that my dear friend Peggy (aka Marilyn Prestonn) sent me as part of a RAK....she just screamed out 'pearls' to me, so...pearls it is!! I used some braid/ribbon that I have salvaged from who knows where at some stage, plus the pearl buckle that I bought on sale and have hardly used, but it seems I am on a run of them. The image of the lady is chalked, both dry chalk and then highlighted with a blender pen, I find this makes the chalks more vibrant and I like the mix of light and shade.
The emblem is also chalked and then popped up on 3D foam tape to make it stand out, also to sit properly as the braid/ribbon is fairly chunky!! I hope you like this...I can see more potential for this lady...tic tic tic....my mind is already ticking over with more ideas!!!
I have tried to find Peggy's version of this card, but can't - I may have cased it in some way...not sure...I am thankful to you eithr way Peggy!
Thanks for looking, I really appreciate your comments!

Oh dear Linda, this one was from Helen (misshelenstamps), I just love how she looks in your hands. Wow, I am still in awe just looking at how you colored her, chalks huh! Well, I just don't know how you color with those, you'll have to come over some day and show me. LOL Outstanding work. TFS

WOW Linda - this coloring is awesome and the image from Peggy is so cool (lucky you!). She does scream pearls - I see why you chose her! Great job.
