I paper pierced the patterned cardstock and then used white gel pen to make faux stitching. Tag is 3 layers (reverse side of patterned paper for the blue is what the tag outline is stamped on) then layered it on white CS. The black Layer on the tag is attached with dimensionals. White Eyelet on top of tag. Snowman stamped on white - colored with COPIC markers & Spica Pen (for black top of hat) - cut out and attached with dimensionals.
2-way glue pen traced all around the edge of the white layer and covered with Ultra Fine Crystal Glitter.
