I made this card based on the directions in Beate's fabulous tutorial for Acetate and Tissue Paper. The tutorial is located under resources.
I stamped my Asian Poetry in black Staz-On on one side of my transparency, turned it over and then covered entire sheet of transparency with Crystal Effects and randomly inked in Real Red and Orange using re-inkers. I then placed tissue paper that had previously been crumpled into a ball and then semi-smoothed back out and pressed the tissue paper into the glue. I let dry (overnight, or with a heat gun to speed the process) and then layered onto BasicBack Cardstock and embelished.
