This LO is for both the Annie's Pantry Challenge (Pumpkin Nut Dip) and the faux lollipop flower technique challenge. I just HAD to do the pantry challenge because it involved orange and I'm ALL about that!
I also wanted to try out the faux lollipop flower. For that, I used scraps of my groovy guava, close to cocoa, and grey SU! dsp. I didn't have any acrylic paint, so I used white craft ink instead. I think it turned out reasonably well!
The pictures in the LO are all of my DD perfecting the skill of cruising (and getting into trouble while doing it). The journaling reads: I never understood what the phrase "Cruising for a bruising" meant until I had a child of my own!
TFL!
Edit: I went back and added some white swirly rub-ons under the flower (on the brown CS) to make it stand out more. I will have to re-take the pic. tomorrow, but you can imagine what it looks like ;)

What a sweet set of pics--and I love your colors and embellies. The flower turned out great! It's neat that you can make flowers to coordinate with any papers on the page. beautiful job on this page. Your DD is SO adorable.
Oh, and I just love the way you did the title. It looks really cute.
