This a a thank you card for George, our neighbor in the UP (83 years old!) who cut our grass for us. I was horrified to find this out after the fact. The background is a sun set photo at McClain Park that I took on vaction up there this year. The UP map, stamp does not have any ID on it.

Being from Michigan I can really appreciate you card. I love the detail in it. My husband is up in Iron Mountain deer hunting right now. It's beautiful and peaceful up there. If one hasn't seen the shoreline of our state they are missing a treat.

Karen, this card is absolutely gorgeous. You know the U.P. of Michigan holds a very special place in my heart. I love your layout, and this photo is spectacular.

another winner!!! love the combination of photo and stamp. great job. tfs. I am also amazed that your neighbor at 83 is so active. I am 61 and have trouble moving because of my knees. He is an inspiration!!
