My daughter loves tic tac toe. Thanks for this challenge it's been rolling round in my brain for a while.
Those are all build a brad with the "loop side" the black strip and dots on the card are the "hook side". Oh... NOW i'm having fun!
Each build a brad can be moved and repositioned in any spot where you see black. There are 12 game pieces in total although there is only 9 spots on a tic tac toe board. Too Fun!!!

Wow!! at first I thought it might be magnet strips and was thinking how heavy the card would be. Velcro was a great idea!! Going into my saved!! Thanks for sharing.
