I made this for today's LSC challenge - make a card using a rectangle and a circle, and only ribbon for embellishments.
What simpler way to use a rectangle and circle than for an *i*. I was thinking of I love you with a heart, but DH isn't into that type of card, so I switched to I thank you.
The base is dark metallic green, and so are the larger rectangle and circle. The next layer is Clairefontaine Papers of the World. The yellow paper was white card sponged with ColorBox Chalk Yellow Cadmium. After I'd stamped the flower from Seeing Spots, I found I had no card to match so I had to make my own. I textured the I with a Fiskars Texture Plate.
I used Lots of Thoughts for the *Thank*, punched it out and sponged the edges.
I was all set to stick a lovely little wooden sheep on when I realised that was an embellishment. Help!! So I stamped this Woodware sheep and coloured her with H2Os and popped her up on foam.
It looked OK without ribbon, but since we were allowed use it I added it and it still looks OK...
