I wanted to make a red-white-blue 'Be Sure to Vote Today' card but this one veered toward the all-in-a-row snowmen; so I think they're standing in line to vote. See the last guy? the really petite one? he's a one-issue voter who's all for the candidates who are doing the most to reverse global warming.
