Followed the IC152 challenge - Don Li-Leger artwork. (I could SO find places in my house for nearly all this artwork, it's so great).
This is the image I CASED: http://www.art.com/asp/sp-asp/_/pd--...EA1C3EC5180FC3
I stamped w/versamark the cherry blossom stamp 2x, then white embossing powder. (Used the embossing pen to color in the petals)
Used various ink pads: saffron, guava, artichoke & hunter to sponge in the colors on this Sage c/s.
Then, mounted onto rose regal (I think?) w/tabs of brown with brads. Also popped a corner punch I pierced up on dimensionals.
The DP paper is a scrap I had left over, but when mounted behind, it has a look of marble which looked similar to the inspiration piece.
Finished off w/the brown c/s base.
Thanks for looking!
