Ok, so first thing I did was create a reverse mask with a post-it using my coluzzle oval. I layered the mask onto the VV cardstock and stamped the blossom in chocolate. Then I sponged color around the inside of the mask.
Next I used the cut out oval mask and layered over top the already masked oval on the cardstock, and stamped both the canvas, then the bella toile, backgrounds. I used my sponge again to even out the color and create a softer more blended look. Antique, if you will.
I roughened up the edge of the VV cardstock piece before mounting it on the Chocolate Chip layer, which I cut using my scallop edge punch.
The tied the VV taffeta onto the RHR base, cut the little ends in the "V", and then tied a piece of linen thread over top of that, with cream pearls (from the pretties kit) on each end.
I really do like the antique look of this! I hope you enjoy....

Very nice card I will have to try this one. I had to look and look to make sure my computer was not 3-d because it looked like the flower was a huge round bead. Nice job on the shading and thank you for the nice directions.
