The challenge was to use ONLY scraps except for the base card. Lucky for me that is easy as I have bulging folders of scrap cardstock, DP, punched elements, etc. I had these little dogs and couldn't find the right card for them, so I grabbed them and some neutral colored DP and CS and this card was created well under the 45 minute limit. That's rare for me! Only the sentiment was new. The doggies- fifi, butch and max- are colored with SU markers, mounted on kraft. A couple of squares are cuttlebugged Creamy Caramel, the rest SU DP. I mounted all squares on Pumpkin from my scrap folder. The sentiment is stamped in Cocoa, sponged with Tangerine and Cocoa, with white highlights added with the gel pen. Flower colored in Pumpkin SU marker. Base is Close to Cocoa. This is an old sketch challenge that is great to use up scraps. Thanks for looking and commenting.

You did such a great job with this challenge. I love how you textured the scraps. And the dog coloring is great, too. My favorite part is probably the addition of the names!

Great layout to use up some scraps. Love the doggies. At first glance I thought Butch's name was Butter...I was thinking what kind of name is that for a dog??

Great card. I'm really a cat person, but those are some cute doggies. Great job with this layout. Adding the mats to the dog images really helped give it a bit of pop.
