As soon as I saw this challenge, I knew what picture I wanted to use and I worked everything else around that. I made the mat, and then added the rub-ons to the frame as well. Originally I had planned on doing more on the frame itself, but by the time I got done with cutting the mat out, I was running out of time. I am really happy with the simplicity of it though.
This is my grandbaby in his first halloween costume (this is from last year). I just love the picture and the frame really adds to it. I should do this with more of my pictures. Great challenge!!

Vicki, I could just eat that little pumpkin up!! He is too cute dressed up in his Halloween pumpkin costume. I love the way you matted this picture, and what a brilliant stroke of genius to use rubons on the frame!! Love, love, love it!!
