This is for SC199. When I looked at the sketch this morning, I thought I would be doing it in portrait orientation. But it didn't work out that way, as you can see...
The base is pearlescent blue card with the bottom corners rounded. The two panels are old Do Crafts papers I think. I should have had some in pink but I must have used it all up on ATC wrappers last year, so I had to settle for purple and green, but they are layered up on pink card. The snow family is an Anita's stamp, stamped with black StazOn on watercolour paper. I coloured it with H2Os (pink hat and scarf on one of the little ones), using Iridescent Blue for the foreground snow and highlights on the snowmen. I used Woodware Fluffy Stuff for the snowballs. I rounded the top corners and sponged the edges with blue. I added 3 snowflake buttons, and that was me done...
