This is for Cindy's Teapot Challenge #17 http://mothermark.blogspot.com/2008/...uesday-17.html.
This was so easy to make. Except it should really have been white spots on black. And I did try that, but my white EP is cream EP no matter what it says on the bottle. And then it doesn't go with any of my card stock. So I have 6 cream and black spotted petals waiting to use, but NOT on bright white card.
I stamped the flower with Brilliance Graphite Black and embossed with black EP. I hate using black even more than I hate using white, but at least black is black when it comes to EP. The petals are raised up on foam. The stem is an Autumn Leaves Rhonna Farrer flourish stamped in black and embossed. I tied a polka dot organza ribbon in around it, punching a hole on each side.
I added photo corners just to frame the card a bit, and added white dots with a Sakura Glaze pen. And then I stamped a Hero Arts sentiment.

Sabrina, you needed an easy one after last week's being so challenging. I love the flourish for the flower stem. I love it. I wish I had thought of it with mine. I gave up and put my flowers in their own boxes. The ribbon around the flourished stems is awesome!!

Love your tall card especially in that black and white combination! Your flower is spectacular and your flourish couldnt get any better than this! What a really great card!
