Often times I'm inspired to continue the theme of a card to the *inside* of the card and also to the envelope. This picture shows the outside and the inside but I forgot to include the envelope in the picture. It also has the witch's broom on it and, since I make all my own envelopes I used the same paper color as the inside message sheet.
The main image was colored with Twinkling H2O's with the exception of the sky and that was created with about 4 different shades of chalk
I don't know if you can see it but the spiderweb in the top right corner is embossed with Stardust embossing powder, while the small hand-drawn web hanging off the witch's toe was created with a glitter pen. The black band was a scrap of background paper (the technique name escapes me but it's basically Metalic Markers on Black Glossy paper, a spritz of water, then pounced with scrunched up plastic wrap), that I created...many moons ago, lol.
Wonderful card ! I missed it the first time that I browsed the gallery this morning but I am glad that I saw it now ! :-)
Your coloring is awesome and I love the layout !
