My 9 year old son saw me making cards and wanted to make one of his own for his grandma and grandpa. He made the card all by himself. He stamped the windmill from the Netherlands set with black stazon. He colored it with colored pencils and chalk. He did cracked glass on the image. (I supervised, but he did all by himself, heat gun and all.) He then used a hole punch, eyelet setter and a hammer to add eyelets to his colored cardstock. (8 eyelets isn't going overboard is it?) When he was done, the first thing he said was, NOW IT IS TIME TO TAKE THE PICTURE. He knows the routine. I am posting his card in my gallery to share. If you could leave him a comment it would make his day.

Your card is very well done. Love the cracked glass technique you did, it's one of my favorites. Fun panels, the eyelets, you're good, I love eyelets, but not patient enough to use them that often. Fabulous labor of love, your grandparents will be so proud of you, though I suppose they are already proud of you. Hope you don't mind me saying you take a fine picture. Thank you for sharing your work with us.
