A great colour challenge today, thanks Emily for raising awareness of Breast Cancer. I have a friend who is on our high risk list here in the UK as her Mother is a survivor and sent me a link to the Breast Cancer website where clicks count towards free mammograms. I click on it almost every day and so this subject is close to my heart.
In my enthusiasm for thinking pink today I forgot that I'm supposed to have black as one of the colours and there's only the tiniest touch in the shadowing around the button cutouts. I don't have SU colours or a pale pink ink but as I used a Breast Cancer Awareness digital kit I've gone with the general pink colours. I've also followed a sketch from a challenge site for the layout.
I printed out the two papers and layered them on white card and a scalloped nestie. The buttons are also from the kit which I've printed and cut out. I stamped the Inkadinkado bird and sentiment in Ancient Page ink. The white oblong panel is embossed with the cuttlebug swirls folder. TFL.
