My first upload - be gentle!
I check out Mel's blog every single day - I am a huge fan, and found the template for this spider through one of her Halloween links. http://melstampz.blogspot.com/
It was actually for a pumpkin carving, but I thought it would make a great shaker card pattern, so I resized it & cut it out of textured black cardstock. The "Boo" is stamped in Stazon, but it didn't pop enough for me, so I used orange rhinestones to fix it...I like it!
I added googly eyes after I was finished as the silhouette had the fangy-prongy things (highly technical term, I know, lol) and looked a little scarier than I wanted.

This is so stunning! I love the gorgeous mixture you used in here. And the bling. What a brilliant idea to use a pumpkin template as a shaker card. Pure Genius. So Smart that it's scary!
P.S. BLUSH! I'm so honoured to know you check out my blog daily and thank you SO much for the link love & amazing inspiration. Hugs, :O) Mel

I can't find the link that I used - Mel linked to "Halloween templates" google image search, and I found it somewhere down the line in that search.
For anyone who wants the template, it's a GIF, and I have a witch, ghost, cat, web, and the spider. Just email me & I can send them to you - I can't figure out how to attach them to Splitcoast messages yet, or is there someplace I can upload them?

PS MEL COMMENTED ON MY CARD!
I think I peed myself ;)
What a warm welcome from everyone - I'm so glad everyone liked my idea!
