This is for WT186, Quote of the Day. Gosh, it was quite painless in the end, once I remembered I needed a moving house card. I know this is not remotely a traditional moving house sentiment, but I like what it says and have used it before...Just in case you can't read it, it's from John Donne, and says *And seeing the snail, which everywhere doth roam,/ Carrying his own house still, still is at home,/Follow (for he is easy paced) this snail,/Be thine own palace, or the world's thy gaol.*
Papers are Basic Grey Pheobe. I printed the verse on cream paper, trimmed it and scalloped the bottom. I layered it onto pink and trimmed to match. Added a green Hero Arts flourish and some green Kaiser gems. The snail's shell is embossed with 2 coats of clear EP, and although his shell is his house, I did also add a little punched house. Oh yes - I added a K & Co brad too.
TFL, and thanks, Julia, for pushing me miles out of my comfort zone!

John Donne is one of my very favorite poets - I took a whole class on him in college (English major.) This is a beautiful card for a beautiful sentiment - TFS!
