girl, do I ever look forward to the Inspiration Challenge! Thanks so much, Stef...for those amazing rainbow colored rooms. I had to do this room. I had such fun constructing this regal purple card!
My cardbase is GP white. I use a piece of chipboard that was repurposed from an old K&co slider card I bought at Big Lots eons ago. I loved the damask pattern and thought it would make great wallpaper. I used a twisted paper painted white for the floor mouldings. The floor is Paper Inspirations diamond fragment which I used various chalkbox inks for the parquet floor. The floor is also bugged with the Diamond folder for dimension. I sponged in creamy brown to tone down the white. The table was stamped with Cotton Stazon on acetate. I used Making Memories eyelet paper for the table top cover. The vase of greens was created by taking the middle part of another stamped table and those greens are Stamp Francisco's Palm tree that has been punched with the fern Martha punch. That little piece of table makes a great stand in vase, don't you think? The whitewashed chair (Rubber Moon) is stamped on white cs with Versamark and embossed in clear. The same done for the Impress Chandelier (HEY AMY, the one that started it all!!!) excepting the embossing powder is Kaleidoscope. I tipped the lights with Spica gold glitter pen. It and the chair are popped on foam squares. The framed picture is two pieces, the frame from a long gone local artist, inked in Brilliance gold and embossed in translucent gold. The LAUGH is from River City Rubber. Inked in Adirondack pitch black.
and I thank you so much for your time...pull up a chair and tell me how I did!

Ok, my chair is pulled up for our chat across the miles! This is amazing! That 'L' is the very same thing that adornes a beautiful (and cheap!) metal decorative pitcher I just added to my (you guessed it) newly redecorated dining room. It is the same font except under mine it reads LOVE. But it made me LAUGH how it seems we are connected, sitting in my our dining rooms having this chat! Love it (and your card!)....
