Today's LSC was to make our card a Christmas card using critters.
I don't have that many Christmas images of "critters" but in searching through my older stamps, I found this one that I had bought to make my DD tags and cards with... back in the early 90's!!! She loved little forrest critters and still does... so this one will go to her.
I stamped the image in Stazon Jet Black and colored with Copics. Not an easy one to color, I must say! I ran the 5 x 7 card through the CB with the swiss dot folder, leaving unembossed the areas where I would adhere the shimmery green cs from the Paper Co. I used punches and a Nestie to cut the circles for the sentiment, and the sentiment is from Holiday Tag Team. The image is by All Night Media... and it's dated 1993! LOL!
Red dotted ribbon is my embellishment... plus I punched some boughs and used some stickles for some sparkle. I can't seem to capture the sparkle in the photo... I have taken dozens of pictures of this... no sparkle!
Thanks for looking and have a great weekend!

WOW, Grace, this is so adorable! I love the little critters all around the Christmas tree!!! And the ribbon and pine boughs are gorgeous! Great job...love your coloring, too. The Copics really do make a world of difference..I may have to rethink investing in them.

So cute - I love woodland critter Christmas scenes - they remind me of all the cards I used to collect when I was little. Going to have to check this stamp out, even though I don't need it.
