A good friend of mine in Hawaii just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl! I needed to make her a card...and I wanted to try out Lauren Meader's Saturday Sketch Challenge (Blogs at Splitcoaststampers. So, I wrapped both of them up in one project :O)
I stamped the sentiment on the inside of the card because it just wasn't turning out right when I tried to make it fit in the rectangle. I like the embossed polka dots better anyway. I wanted a faux inverted scallop for the white circle, so I stamped circles around the edge. I also embossed them to give it a more finished look. I used my Cricut to die cut the stroller :O)
